In order to protect our customers, we provide a 30 day return policy. The 30 day return policy begins once the product arrives at your address. We try to sell good quality products, but there are rare instances where mistakes are made when fulfilling or delivering an order. For example, a shipping carrier might handle a package in a way that damages a product. Although these instances are rare, they are not always avoidable. Therefore, if a product is returned because it is incorrect or does not work as intended, a full refund plus the shipping costs will be refunded. If a product is being returned due to buyer remorse, a full refund minus shipping costs will be refunded.
How to start a return request
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org containing the product name, order number(if applicable,) return reason, and evidence(e.g. photos) of defectiveness if the product is being returned because it does not work as intended or is incorrect. We will review your return request and respond as soon as possible with further information.
How to return a product that has been approved for return
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide a return shipping address. The return shipping address we provide can then be used to create a return shipping label. There are different shipping carriers that can be used to create a return shipping label (e.g. usps, fedex, ups.) After the return shipping label is created, print it and attach it to the package being returned. Ensure that the product is packaged securely so that it arrives back to us in the same condition it was sent. Once the returned product arrives to the return shipping address, it will be inspected to ensure it is the correct product that we shipped and that it does not have any unusual damage or modifications. After the returned product passes inspection, a refund will be issued. Note that refunds may take a few days to show up back in your account.
