We provide a 30 day return policy. The 30 day return policy begins once the product arrives at your address. If a product is returned because it is incorrect or does not work as intended, a full refund will be issued. If a product is being returned due to buyer remorse, a restocking fee will be deducted form the refund to cover shipping, payment processing, and any other fees related to a sale.
How to start a return request
Send an email to email@example.com containing the product name, order number(if applicable,) return reason, and evidence(e.g. photos) of defectiveness if the product is being returned because it does not work as intended or is incorrect. We will review your return request and respond as soon as possible with further information.
How to return a product that has been approved for return
Once your return request has been approved, a return shipping label will be provided. Once the returned product arrives to the return shipping address, it will be inspected to ensure it is the correct product that was shipped and that it does not have any unusual damage or modifications. After the returned product passes inspection, a refund will be issued. Note that refunds may take a few days to show up back in your account.
